Neurology
Neurology is the branch of medicine that deals with the diagnosis and treatment of all categories of conditions and disease involving the central nervous system, including the brain and spinal cord, and the peripheral nervous system, including peripheral nerves and their effector tissues such as muscle.

The JHO’s network of world renowned neurologists spans numerous medical centers, and includes the leading experts in all subspecialties of neurology, including cerebrovascular disease and stroke, neurodegenerative disease (including ALS), movement disorders, demyelinating disease (including multiple sclerosis), neuromuscular disorders, neuro oncology, epilepsy and seizure disorders, headache disorders, and behavioral and cognitive neurology.
Our neurology experts are considered the world leaders in their respective subspecialties, and are often able to provide access to cutting edge therapies and experimental protocols for the treatment of neurological disorders. Our experts work closely with neurosurgeons, neuroradiologists, neuro-interventionists, and ophthalmologists to provide comprehensive, multidisciplinary care.
